Lancaster pub in Hellmann’s competition final

A Lancaster licensee is in with the chance of winning a trip to New York after making the final of a Hellmann’s Vinaigrettes competition.

Colin Scott of the Greyhound in Halton is among four other finalists after designing “the coolest dish of the season”.

Now Hellmann’s is asking consumers to vote for whose summer salad recipe was best and send them to New York.

Log on to www.hellmannsdressingsforchefs.co.uk until Friday 22 July to vote for the best dish — and be automatically entered into a prize draw to win an iPod Shuffle.
